The City of Toronto asked us to come help them with their current employee portal. Their employee management system uses Kronos and the interface was definitely outdated and not compliant with AODA. Carlos went to help.
The employee dashboard was redesigned according to 2018 accessibility guidelines including AODA, WebAim and WCAG 2.0 Level AA. The new dashboard also followed the branding guidelines as per the City of Toronto. The Kronos development team in Boston was pleased to support this new look.
